I LOVE creating, I LOVE painting and I see myself as a partner with Him when I paint. I challenge myself to paint spontaneously as I not only love the process and am surprised of every outcome, but it also keeps me dependent on Him. I put my whole heart into every work I do and my prayer is that I translate His heart into my paintings. I love Him so very much.
There is nothing more fulfilling for me than being obedient to the Holy Spirit in creating/painting something, only to have it have a life changing and profound impact on people. I love co-creating with Abba Father. I cannot imagine my gift being used for anything else. It is exciting, an honor and a privilege.
Loving Him with ALL my life, IS my life. All of this is for Him.
I learnt the basics of art at art school many, many years ago, which I quickly forgot as it was more like a two year course than intensive study. I left my art for many years when I wasn’t following Jesus. He has restored my art to me in the last seven years after radically delivering me from alcohol addiction. I love experimenting with color and trying new things, I also ask the Holy Spirit to teach me and help me.
Ninety-five percent of my art is created and finished spontaneously during worship while heavily relying on the Holy Spirit in this process.
